After your registration and subsequent login (if you wish to post), you will arrive in the area where you can create a post. When you arrive there, point to “Posts” on the upper left, then click “Add New”. On the “Add New Post” page, fill in the title, then type in your post in the large white area below the title. Then click “Publish” on the far right. You may want to write these directions down, or copy and paste them to an application that you can access later.
