- Membership entitles you to a subscription to the LPA Newsletters.
- Membership entitles you to receive a copy of the latest LPA Map.
- Each membership is entitled to one vote on Association matters.
- Keep informed on what is being done to solve problems related to lake protection.
- LPA meetings provide a forum for expressing your ideas and concerns.
- Learn what you can do to protect the investment in your own property.
- Membership provides the opportunity to get involved with matters of concern to us all.
- Meet your neighbors and make new friends.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBERSHIP?
- Pay annual membership dues of $25.00 per year per family.
- There are no attendance requirements.
- There are no participation requirements. All positions are strictly voluntary.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN?
- Membership shall be open to all residents of and land owners in, the area known as the Village of West Glover and to all property owners whose lands are on, or drain into Lake Parker.
- Any Person not meeting the criteria above, who may want to be a part of Lake Parker Association, may join as an Associate Member for $25.00. Associate members shall have no voting rights.
ARE MY DUES AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO LAKE PARKER ASSOCIATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
- Lake Parker Association, Inc is a 501(c)(4) organization. Contributions to 501(c)(4) organizations generally are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
